Sous Chef Vacancy

We wish to appoint an experienced Sous Chef to join the catering team.

Applicants will need to have had relevant experience in a busy pub, hotel or restaurant producing quality meals from local fresh produce.  

Participation in our Chef Development Programme is offered for a career minded Chef. 

The position is full-time over 5 days with 5.6 weeks paid holiday p.a., pension and profit sharing schemes.  The salary is negotiable based on experience and is on a live-out basis.
