Cold water prawns, shredded iceberg lettuce & cherry tomatoes with Marie Rose sauce, lemon wedge & granary bread
Avocado and tofu mini toast (v/vg)
With red onion, pickled cucumber, toasted pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and a drizzle of sriracha sauce

Roast topside of beef
Roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding & seasonal vegetables
Persian red quinoa, squash and pistachio nut roast (v)
With sumac dusted roast Brussels sprouts, fennel and broccoli with red pepper & tomato sauce
Roasted cod loin
Served with herby puy lentil casserole, baby onions, wilted spinach and topped with harissa fried parsnip crisps

Lemon & sage stu ng, roast potatoes & seasonal vegetables

Food is served at the following times:
Monday - Saturday 12:00pm to 21:30pm
Sundays 12:00pm to 21:00pm
The Restaurant menu is available Monday to Saturday lunchtimes 12:00pm to 15:00pm,
and evenings 18:00pm to 21:30pm. The Brasserie menu is available all day, 7 days a week.
Sunday Lunch - we have always two roasts, with the traditional trimmings, served 12:00pm to 15:00pm
